For health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty.

If your sunglasses arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@vraeeseyewear.com. Items must be in their original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact to be eligible for an exchange.
